Southeast U.S. prepares as Hurricane Matthew approaches coastal areas

Although it weakened to a Category 3 hurricane by early Friday, Matthew remained a threat with 120 mph winds as it neared U.S. beaches. Multiple states declared emergencies and ordered millions to evacuate. "This storm will kill you," Florida Gov. Rick Scott warned.
