REISTERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - The Maryland National Guard is honoring 12 members who died while serving their country from the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks through the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The event Sunday at Camp Fretterd in Reisterstown includes a wreath-laying ceremony.
