Garbine Muguruza defeats Venus Williams at Wimbledon to win 2nd Grand Slam title

Muguruza, 23, overcame Williams, 37, who was the oldest Wimbledon female finalist since Martina Navratilova in 1994. The 15th-ranked Muguruza won 7-5, 6-0.
