Nuclear fallout shelters like the one at Washington's Oyster-Adams school were supposed to be dismantled in the 1970s. Amid threats from North Korea and President Trump's promise that attacks would be met by "fire and fury," The Post explores this intact bunker which once represented a last-ditch hope for survival.
