Kim Jong Un's younger sister delivered the invitation to South Korean President Moon Jae-in during a meeting in Seoul on Saturday — a day after the opening of the Winter Olympics, where the Koreas marched together. Moon responded that he would try to make it happen and asked North Korea to be amenable to talks with the United States.
