BARCELONA, Spain (AP) - Barcelona says Lionel Messi will miss Saturday's league match at Malaga for "personal reasons."
The Catalan club gave no further details in its brief statement on Saturday morning.
Yerry Mina will take Messi's place in the squad.
Barcelona leads the Spanish league by eight points.
