The shooting happened during the "Madden NFL 19" video game tournament at a waterfront area in downtown Jacksonville. Sheriff Mike Williams said the suspect, whom he identified as David Katz — a possible resident of Baltimore — took his own life, but he did not know if Katz knew the victims.
