At least 5 dead as N. Carolina shatters rainfall record

The deaths include a woman and an infant killed in Wilmington, N.C., when a tree fell on their home. The storm still poses an extreme risk as it moves slowly inland at 5 miles per hour, swelling rivers and breaking local rainfall records.
