Saudis are said to have lain in wait for Jamal Khashoggi

A squad of men arrived in Turkey early on Oct. 2 and were in place at the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul hours before the journalist went missing, according to two people with knowledge of the probe. By the end of the day, the men had left the country.
