ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - "Floribama Shore" reality television star Nilsa Prowant is facing charges after Florida authorities say she flashed a crowd and kicked out a car window.
The Tampa Bay Times reports that St. Petersburg police charged Prowant with disorderly conduct and exposure of sexual organs on Saturday.
