CHESTER, S.C. (AP) - Authorities say a high school football star heading to college and a school district superintendent have died after their vehicles collided head on.
Chester County Coroner Terry Tinker identified the people killed as 18-year-old Savion White from Rock Hill and 58-year-old Betty Jo Hall from Abbeville.
