D.C., Va. report first cases of coronavirus; CPAC says conference attendee also infected

A D.C. man has been hospitalized with the virus, Mayor Muriel Bowser said, and another person who was traveling in D.C. appears to have also contracted it. A Marine was hospitalized in Virginia, and CPAC conference organizers said a person who attended their event in Maryland last week tested positive.
