$500 billion Treasury relief fund has lent barely any money so far, oversight commission finds

A Congressional Oversight Commission created by the Cares Act issued its first report, as required by law, even though it still doesn't have a chair. The report underscores the wide discretion the Treasury Department has in using $500 billion in taxpayer money as it sees fit.
