BETHANY BEACH, Del. (AP) - Juggler Carlos Mir left the Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Hotel this month, believing he had spun himself what would ultimately prove to be a second Guinness World Record.
So did the Delmar resident's wife Heather Mir, Ocean Suites staff and a handful of hotel guests.
