BOSTON (AP) - The Boston-based National Braille Press has received a $150,000 donation from the NewCo Foundation to provide free braille books for blind and visually impaired children and their families.
Currently, 28% of blind children don't have access to pleasure reading materials, the NBP said in a statement.
