This 14-year-old is running for governor before he can even vote

Ethan Sonneborn declared his candidacy for governor of Vermont back in August 2017, and then told his parents about it. After the secretary of state consulted with the attorney general, it was decided that he would be allowed to run, but his parents would have to sign a form.
