Wanted: Food critic*

As two of the most prominent food critic jobs in America are up for grabs, editors are grappling with larger cultural, ethical and financial questions: What kinds of restaurants should be reviewed? Should the criticism be limited to the food on the plate, the decor, the service? Or should it look at broader societal issues, since Yelp and other sites are already packed with amateur reviews?
