Skirmishes erupt on Venezuelan border as opposition, led by Guiadó, aims to defy blockade of foreign aid

Civilians in the border town of Ureña engaged in running battles with tear-gas wielding border guards. At one international bridge, border guards who had turned against President Nicolás Maduro rammed barricades, and four military men defected.
