In an extraordinarily rare move, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell accused the Massachusetts senator of breaching Senate rules as she read statements from the late Coretta Scott King and others critical of Sen. Jeff Sessions, whose nomination heads toward a vote this evening.
